Head of Sales & Revenue | Lead Generation & Product Strategy

OneSolomons

OneSolomons is a leading home improvement supplier across Queensland and Northern NSW, offering high-quality blinds, shutters, awnings, and security solutions. With a reputation for reliability and innovation, it serves as a trusted name in residential and commercial markets.
 

As Head of Sales & Product Strategy, I’ve led OneSolomons through a decade of sustained growth, more than doubling annual revenue to $12M+, reducing acquisition costs, & streamlining operations through automation and technology.
 

I played a pivotal role in:

  • Leading a high-performing sales team of 12 consultants and 4 offshore agents, responsible for over $1M in monthly sales

  • Owning the full product lifecycle of our in-house ERP/CRM system, from initial scoping through to deployment, feature development, and optimisation

  • Overseeing the design and launch of the company’s native mobile application — used across teams as a sales tool, communication hub, and knowledge base

  • Driving omnichannel marketing strategy and budget execution across TV, radio, social, paid search, shopping centres, home shows, and telemarketing

  • Cutting administrative overhead by 50% through workflow automation, while increasing visibility, accountability, and lead conversion rates
     

I also spearheaded the recruitment and training strategy to build a scalable, performance-driven sales team, and maintained strong commercial relationships with suppliers and industry stakeholders. My focus has been on aligning technology, people, and process to drive sustainable, profitable growth.

2018 - 2022

Founder & Head of Product

Miit

Miit is a startup designed to tackle loneliness and social disconnection by reducing the friction and anxiety around meeting new people. As Founder and Product Lead, I took Miit from concept to execution — combining customer insight, agile development, and lean startup principles to deliver a digital product with genuine emotional impact.

I led all aspects of the venture, including:

  • Defining product vision and roadmap, based on iterative user feedback and behavioural psychology

  • Recruiting, managing, and motivating a distributed development team

  • Personally contributing 600+ code commits and leading UX/UI design across native mobile and web platforms

  • Driving feature prioritisation, market validation, and early-stage growth initiatives

Miit earned top global ranking in the Pioneer Startup Accelerator and received positive media recognition, including two features on BayFM’s Searchlight: The Entrepreneurs Journey.

The project reflects my ability to bridge technical delivery with emotional resonance, and to lead both people and product through ambiguity — from zero to one.
